ZAMBOANGA CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Lawyer Vidzfar Amil Julie, provincial election supervisor in Sulu, escaped death from an ambush on Saturday morning in Barangay Santa Maria, this city.
In a police report obtained by the Inquirer, Patrolman Joshua Amilhussin, investigator of the case, said the incident took place around 10:30 a.m.
